If you're even a little curious about Sunset 01, this is the right door. You hear first and you pay less.
Keyholders.
$60 for the season. A Keyholder gets free entry to all four sunsets, plus a +1 every night. Eight seats, four sunsets, zero ticket purchases for the rest of the year.
The math: four sunsets × $15 Houseguest price = $60. You pay the same, and your +1 comes for free every night. If you can make two or more sunsets, Keyholder already paid for itself. If you make all four, you're up $60 in ticket value and your friend owes you a beer.
