Who we are
A House of Love is a silent-disco sunset series presented by Casamoré and operated by Medicated Mango LLC, a Florida limited liability company (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Our website is houseoflove.co. If you have a privacy question, email hello@houseoflove.co.
What we collect
We only collect information that you give us directly, either through a form on this website or by emailing us. Specifically:
- Email address — when you join Houseguests, buy a ticket, or request a rental quote.
- Name — if you choose to give it (optional on most forms).
- Phone number — if you request a rental quote.
- Event details — if you request a rental quote: your venue, date, event type, tier, and approximate guest count.
- Technical data — your browser type and IP address, collected automatically by our hosting provider (Netlify) for security and rate-limiting.
We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising trackers, cross-site cookies, or fingerprinting. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone, ever.
How we use it
- To send you the emails you signed up for (sunset announcements, early-bird access, rental quotes).
- To answer questions you send us.
- To keep records of ticket holders and rental clients for the duration of your relationship with us.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with the small set of service providers we need to run the operation:
- MailerLite — our email delivery platform. Stores your email address and any fields you provided so we can send you the list you subscribed to. MailerLite privacy policy.
- Netlify — our web host and form handler. Receives your form submissions and routes them to us. Netlify privacy policy.
- Stripe or a comparable payment processor — when you buy a ticket. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe privacy policy.
We will never give your information to advertisers, data brokers, or marketing partners.
Your rights
You can, at any time:
- Unsubscribe from any email by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send.
- Ask us what we have on you by emailing hello@houseoflove.co. We'll reply with everything we have in plain text within 10 business days.
- Ask us to delete it by emailing the same address. We will delete your record from MailerLite and our own systems within 10 business days unless we are legally required to retain it (for example, tax records on a rental transaction).
- Correct anything that's wrong.
If you're in the EU, UK, or California and want to invoke rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA specifically, mention that in your email and we'll process the request under those frameworks.
Cookies
This site uses no cookies at all. We don't need them. The only local storage we ever set is a one-off flag that remembers you've seen the Houseguests popup so we don't show it again for a few days — nothing about you is stored in it, just a timestamp.
Children
Our events are 18+. Our website and email list are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you are a parent and believe we have collected information from your child, email us and we'll delete it.
Security
We use reputable service providers (Netlify, MailerLite, Stripe) who maintain industry-standard security. That said, no system is 100% secure. If a breach ever affects your data, we'll tell you as fast as we reasonably can.
Changes
If we update this policy we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes — anything that actually affects how we handle your data — will be announced by email to the Houseguests list.
