75 pro-grade headsets. Three channels. Delivered, set up, and picked back up by the people who host A House of Love on the sand every summer. Weddings, beach ceremonies, corporate nights, yoga at sunrise, silent raves at 2am — same gear, same obsessive care.

Pick the closest match and we'll take you straight to the right tier. You can always change it later.
The loud party the neighbors actually like.
Silent disco is not a gimmick. It is the only way to have a real dance floor in a place where noise is not allowed — which, in Florida, is almost everywhere after 10pm.
A normal wedding reception runs around 100 decibels — roughly as loud as a motorcycle. A silent disco at full tilt, without headsets on, runs around 60 decibels — roughly the sound of a coffee shop. That gap is what lets you dance on a public beach at 1am without a single complaint, hold a yoga class in a public park at dawn without annoying joggers, or run a corporate retreat in a hotel ballroom while the conference next door keeps working.
The kit.
We run Silent Sound System Premium — the quiet workhorse of the US silent disco industry. Same gear used by festivals, resort chains, and fitness studios across the country. It sounds good because it is built to sound good, not because we wrote a flattering paragraph about it.
75 LED headsets, three channels
RF wireless, 300-foot range, 8+ hours of battery per charge. Over-the-ear comfort that people can actually wear for hours. Color-changing LEDs per channel so your dance floor looks like a sunset even indoors.
3 transmitters, 3 simultaneous feeds
Run three DJs, or one DJ plus a ceremony mic plus a chill-out channel, or all three channels the same with a hot-spare running in case one transmitter drops. The crowd switches channels with one button on the ear cup.
Pelican road cases
Because this is Florida and the enemies are sand, humidity, and overly enthusiastic bridal parties. The gear shows up clean, dry, and in foam.
Fresh ear covers every single rental
Disposable, sanitized, hypoallergenic. Every headset is wiped, UV-cleaned, charged, and re-covered before it leaves our door. Non-negotiable. Also the reason we sleep at night.
A hot-spare transmitter and 5 spare headsets
We bring extras. Always. If something fails mid-set you will not notice because we will swap it before you do.
Four tiers, one house.
No "request a quote for pricing" nonsense. Here is what everything actually costs. The difference between tiers is how much of the work is ours versus yours.

The rental that ships like it was built for you.
Every other silent disco mail rental works the same way: a warehouse dumps 75 headsets in a box, FedEx delivers it, you spend two hours sorting them by channel, they break, you figure it out, they argue about the damage deposit. We built ShipKit because that is a terrible experience and nobody had bothered to fix it.
ShipKit is what happens when a touring band designs a mail rental instead of a warehouse. Seven things that make it different:
1. Pre-sorted by channel in one custom case
One Pelican 1650 case, three foam trays of 25 headsets, each tray color-coded to match its transmitter channel. You open it, you hand them out. Zero sorting. Zero "wait, which one is channel 2." Your setup time drops from 90 minutes to 10.
2. A video walkthrough recorded for your event
Two days before we ship, Jack or Tony records a 2-minute video walkthrough addressed to you by name, referencing your venue. "Hi Sarah, here's your kit for the Naples wedding on the 14th, here's how to pair the transmitters, here's what to do if a battery dies." QR code taped inside the case. Not a generic instructional video. Yours.
3. Arrives two days early, guaranteed
We ship early on purpose so you have a buffer day to run the pre-flight test. If any headset fails, you call us and we overnight a replacement from the backup pool — before your event. Most rental houses ship "day-before" and leave you exposed. We don't.
4. The 10-minute pre-flight test
A single laminated card inside the case walks you through a 10-minute test: power on all 75 headsets, verify channel switching, test range, check LEDs. If anything fails, the card tells you exactly what to do. No guessing.
5. Day-of SMS concierge to our actual phone
During your event window, a dedicated phone line forwards to whichever one of us is on-call. Text us, we respond within 10 minutes. This is not a support ticket or a warehouse dispatcher. It is Jack or Tony on their personal phone, ready to troubleshoot in real-time.
6. Self-return is the same box
Return shipping label is already printed and waiting under the case lid. Foam trays accept the headsets back in any slot. You close the case, slap the label on the outside, drop at any FedEx. No packing decisions, no tape, no trips to buy materials.
7. Bounce shipping for tours and festivals
If you are running a multi-city event, tell us the address of your next stop instead of our return address. We will arrange for ShipKit to hop directly from Event A to Event B, and only come home after the last one. Saves you money and saves the gear a round trip.
ShipKit is brand new — we are launching it alongside our own Sunset series on May 26, which means first-wave customers get an additional 10% off their first rental as thanks for helping us break it in. Use code SHIPKIT10 when you request a quote.
Things other rental houses charge extra for. We don't.
We looked at the quote sheets of every major silent disco rental in Florida. This is the list of nickel-and-dime add-ons they will hit you with — and the list of things already included in every price above.
- Delivery within 30 milesOther houses: $150-300 extra. Us: included in Standard and up.
- Setup and walkthroughOther houses: $100-200 "tech fee." Us: free, always, and we show up 2 hours early.
- TransmittersOther houses: 1 transmitter standard, $75/ea extra for channels 2 and 3. Us: all 3 included.
- Pelican casesOther houses: "rental" fee or damage liability. Us: included.
- Fresh ear coversOther houses: $1-2 per guest add-on. Us: always included, never optional.
- Hot-spare transmitterOther houses: rarely brought. Us: always brought, because we know what can go wrong.
- Charging + test before deliveryOther houses: charged at your expense if the battery dies. Us: every unit is tested and topped off before it leaves.
- Pickup at end of nightOther houses: "return by 10am next day" + late fees. Us: we come get it when your event is done.
If it breaks, we fix it. If we screw up, we refund it.
Every rental comes with a working-gear guarantee: if a headset dies on you during your event, we replace it from the hot-spare stock on the spot — at no cost. If we are late to delivery by more than 30 minutes for any reason that is not a literal hurricane, we take $100 off the invoice. If any part of the setup does not work when we hand it over, we do not leave until it does. Those are not marketing lines. They are the deal.
And if you find a legitimate apples-to-apples quote from another Florida rental house that beats ours on price for the same tier and inclusions, send it over. We will either beat it by 5% or explain exactly what is different. No gimmicks.
What fits where.
Silent disco works in almost every space. Here is the cheat sheet for the venues we see most in SWFL.
Three steps. No mystery.
Tell us about it
Fill out the form below. Date, location, event type, which tier. Takes 2 minutes. We reply within 24 hours with a firm quote and confirmed availability.
Hold the date
50% deposit to lock in the date — refundable up to 14 days before. No date, no deposit, nothing is booked until we both say yes.
Show and go
We deliver, set up, test every headset in front of you, hand off the keys, and come back at end of night. You dance. We handle the rest.
The stuff you actually want to know.
What happens if it rains?
Gear is weather-resistant, not waterproof. Light rain is fine. If it is a serious storm, we reschedule for free up to 24 hours before the event — no fees, no hassle. If the forecast is ugly, we'll call you first and we figure it out together.
What if a headset breaks during my event?
We bring 5 spare headsets and a hot-spare transmitter. If a unit fails, we swap it from the spare stock and you keep going. If something catastrophic happens and more than 10% of the kit fails for any reason that is our fault, we refund proportionally. This has never actually happened, but the promise stands.
What about the damage deposit?
$500 held on your card at pickup or delivery. Refunded in full within 48 hours if everything comes back the way it left. Missing a headset is $50 per unit (our replacement cost). Broken headset returned in pieces: $50. We do not invent charges. If we do not tell you about a charge, it does not exist.
How many people can use 75 headsets?
75 simultaneous listeners. We recommend 75 for events up to 100 guests (people trade off, not everyone dances at once). For events over 100 guaranteed dancers, ask about scaling up — we can broker additional units from partners.
Can we bring our own DJ?
Yes, always. We rent gear, not DJs. Your DJ plugs into our transmitters via 3.5mm or RCA — any standard DJ setup works. We can also recommend SWFL DJs we trust if you need one.
Do you do multi-day festivals?
Yes. The Weekend Package covers 2 nights. For 3+ nights we write a custom quote — usually cheaper per night because we are not re-delivering each day. Ask.
How far in advance should I book?
For Saturday night weddings in high season (Oct-May), 6-8 weeks ahead. For weekday events and off-season, 2 weeks is usually fine. Last-minute bookings work if we're available, but we can't guarantee same-week.
Are the headsets comfortable for hours?
Yes — over-the-ear, padded, adjustable. The Silent Sound System Premium cups are the same model used by festivals where people wear them for 8 hours straight. Not the cheap earbud kind you see at tourist traps.
Can we brand them with our logo?
Not cost-effectively for one event. If you are running a recurring thing (monthly yoga series, branded corporate program), we can do custom vinyl wraps for a flat fee. Ask.
What cities do you cover?
Home base is Fort Myers Beach. Free delivery within 30 miles (Cape Coral, Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Sanibel). Beyond 30 miles is $1.50/mile each way — we'll drive anywhere in Florida for the right event.
Tell us about your event.
The more you tell us, the better the quote. We reply within 24 hours — usually the same day if you send it before 6pm.
we respond within 24 hours // no robots, no salespeople, just us
We rent the gear we built the house with.
Most rental houses treat silent disco gear like a commodity — ship it in a box, hope it works, argue about the damage deposit. We treat it like it is ours, because it is ours. This is the same 75-pack we run at our own Sunset series on Fort Myers Beach every summer. If a headset dies at your wedding, it dies at ours first, and we have already figured out how to fix it.
That is the whole pitch. If it sounds good to you, send us a note and we will build you a quote.
