1. Who these terms are between

These terms are an agreement between you and Medicated Mango LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Casamoré and A House of Love (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using houseoflove.co, joining our Houseguests list, buying a ticket, or attending one of our events, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or buy a ticket.

2. The website

You can read, share, and screenshot anything on this site. You can't scrape it wholesale, repost the Journal entries as your own, or use our logo, brand, or photos commercially without written permission. Link to us freely.

3. Houseguests email list

Joining Houseguests is free and voluntary. We'll send you event announcements, early-bird ticket links, and the occasional note from the duo. You can leave at any time — every email has a one-click unsubscribe. We'll never sell or share your address.

4. Tickets

• Who can buy: our events are 18 and over. You'll need a valid ID at the door.
• All sales final: tickets are non-refundable, but they're transferable. If you can't make it, give your ticket to a friend — the QR code works for whoever presents it.
• Rain, lightning, or force majeure: if we cancel an event outright (weather, safety, venue issue, act of God), your ticket is automatically valid for the next sunset in the season, no action required. If you prefer a refund in that case, email us within 14 days.
• Price differences: Houseguests pay $15. Public pays $18. Door pays $20. Same ticket, different arrival time.

5. At the event

A silent disco only works if everyone shows up in good faith. By attending, you agree to:

• Return your headphones at the end of the night. If you walk off with a pair, the $120 replacement fee is on you.
• Respect the venue, the beach, the staff, and the other humans on the floor. Harassment, violence, or aggressive behavior gets you removed without refund.
• Follow the sound ordinance and pack-in/pack-out rules. This is a public beach. Leaving trash behind is a strict no.
• Understand that we may take photographs and video during the event for promotional use. If you'd rather not be photographed, tell the photographer on site and they'll honor it.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or eject anyone whose behavior endangers the event. This is not something we use lightly — but it's a rule we will not bend.

6. Rentals

If you book our silent-disco production for a private event, you'll sign a separate rental agreement with full terms (deposit, final payment, cancellation, damage, insurance requirements). Those terms govern the rental relationship. These website terms still apply to your use of houseoflove.co generally.

7. Health and assumption of risk

Dancing, flashing lights, loud music (through headphones), uneven terrain, and proximity to water all carry some risk. You know your body. If you have a heart condition, a seizure disorder, a recent injury, or you're pregnant, use your judgment. By attending, you assume the ordinary risks of a music event on a beach.

8. Intellectual property

The "Casamoré" name, the "A House of Love" mark, the site design, the copy, the photos, the album, and the blog posts are all owned by Medicated Mango LLC or licensed to us. All rights reserved. We love when you share — we do not love when you steal.

9. No warranties

We build and run this site and these events in good faith, but we can't promise the site will always be up, perfect, or free of bugs, and we can't promise every sunset will be life-changing (we try). To the maximum extent allowed by Florida law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by Florida law, our total liability to you for anything related to this site, a ticket, or an event we produced is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits — if you're in one, the cap is the legal minimum.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Florida, and you and we both consent to that jurisdiction.

12. Changes

If we change these terms we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms. If you don't, stop using the site — that's always an option.
