We get a lot of emails from folks who've read the rentals page, looked at five words like 'Houseguest' and 'Full Service,' and said 'cool, but which one do I want.' Totally fair. We wrote them in a hurry. Here's what each tier actually means, in plain English, with the prices and the difference between them.
Houseguest is the cheapest tier. It is for parties of up to 40 people. You pick up the gear from our place in Fort Myers Beach, you run the show yourselves, and you bring it back the next morning. You get 40 headsets, two transmitters, a charging case, and a one-page 'how to not mess this up' cheat sheet that Tony and I wrote. Price: $350 flat. This is what most backyard birthdays, engagement parties, and small wedding dance floors actually want.
Standard is the middle tier. It is for parties of up to 75 people. We deliver the gear to your venue, set it up, and pick it back up the next morning. You still run the show yourselves, but you don't have to load a van. Price: $650. This is the one most people book. It's the sweet spot between 'I want help with logistics' and 'I don't need a DJ.'
Full Service is the top tier. Up to 125 people. We deliver, set up, stay for the whole event, run the sound, troubleshoot, and strike. Tony or I personally DJ the party, or we coordinate with your DJ and run tech. Price: starts at $1,400 for a 4-hour party and scales from there. This is the tier for people who want a professional Casamoré night but don't want to learn a new technology on their wedding day.
Weekend is a multi-day rental. Same gear, same options, but you get it Friday through Sunday and we negotiate a flat price based on which tier you pair it with. Good for festivals, retreats, and corporate off-sites. Email us for a quote on this one — there's no single price because it depends on headcount and length.
ShipKit is the newest tier and the one we're most excited about. It's a nationwide option. We pack a full Casamoré silent-disco kit (up to 50 headsets, transmitters, chargers, cheat sheet, prepaid return label) into a rolling flight case and FedEx it to your event anywhere in the continental U.S. Price: $495 plus shipping. You get it two business days before the event, you run the show, you drop it at a FedEx on Monday, the return label is pre-paid. This is how we're making Casamoré available to friends in New York, Austin, and Asheville without us physically being there.
